My writing career began from the humblest of origins—when I self-published my first short story in first grade. Good stories are still my passion, although now have decidedly less stick figure representation.

○ My college adjusted their pet policy after an article I wrote.

○ I have 238 books in my library. My goal is to own 1,000.

○ The farthest I've walked in one day is 34,622 steps. Or 18 miles.

○ In fifth grade I was attacked by a Toucan during an assembly.
